I had an awesome time dealing with baby-nest London. Amir was super quick to respond and really went above and beyond to help me with my inquiries about the Trip Trapp high chair. I'm giving the customer service a solid 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be shopping with Baby Nest again!

This company is just fantastic! I ordered a Stokke Tripp Trapp chair on Tuesday afternoon, and it showed up by Thursday morning! The price on their website was lower than any other place I found... I had been looking into it for some time! Huge thanks! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Awesome support from the team. I placed an order for a footmuff for my stroller, but sadly the shade I wanted was out of stock. I got an email pretty fast letting me know I could pick a different color. After some thought, I initially chose one, but then a few days later I realized that it wouldn’t match my pram. I really can’t say enough about how quickly the customer service responds, and I got my refund right away. Truly fantastic support, and I’ll definitely be back for more shopping.

I ordered a cot that was on sale, only to get an email stating they messed up the pricing and wouldn’t be fulfilling my order. They offered me the chance to buy it at the right price, but I said no thanks. The service is just terrible; it’s their mistake, and they ought to have gone ahead with the order. Maybe they ought to double-check their prices before putting them up online! I won’t be shopping with this company again!

Fantastic service, I mistakenly ordered the wrong tray set, and they reached out to confirm since they remembered I had previously ordered the Tripp Trapp instead of the Steps from Stokke. They're a friendly, quick, and reasonably priced family-run business... definitely shop with them.

I got the Stokke Tripp Trapp and was a bit unsure since it was a site I hadn't heard of before, but I was really blown away. They said it would take 3-4 weeks, but it arrived in just a week. Plus, the price was better than all the other places. Totally recommend it!

We placed an order for the Stokke Tripp Trapp along with its accessories. Initially, we were informed that delivery might take around 3-4 weeks due to back orders (especially with those border delays), but to our surprise, they arrived in just 6 days. The customer service and communication throughout the process were top-notch. I’d definitely recommend Baby Nest and would shop there again.

The staff member we chatted with at this shop was amazing. They had a wealth of knowledge regarding the items and assisted us in selecting our stroller and car seat. They were more than willing to discuss products that weren't even in their inventory and gave us genuine feedback. Not once did they come off as pushy, and the items we've gotten have been excellent.

We placed an order for a pushchair, carrycot, and a bunch of other accessories, totaling over £1,000 back in April. By June, we called to check if our order was in. They confirmed it was in stock, and we told them we’d pick it up in August—no issues there. As July wrapped up, I called again to double-check about the August pickup, only to be informed that some items were now out of stock. They promised to call us back within a week to sort out the rest of the order. When we didn’t hear back, I followed up and got the same old story. After another week of waiting, I was told the order was a bit of a mess since some items had been crossed off our list! Seriously? I requested a manager to call me back, but two hours later, still nothing. Frustrated and feeling ignored, we decided to drive to the store. Upon arrival, we were told they didn’t have any of our items and, in fact, never did! Apparently, they had received the wrong items from Egg back in June! They seemed to think it was all Egg's fault. To sum it up, we were told it was highly unlikely we’d get the pram we wanted in time for the baby’s arrival in about two weeks, and we felt completely let down by this shop. After all the lies, we lost trust in them and opted for a refund. A few hours of online searching later, we found the exact same system at another store, and it was delivered the very next day. The customer service we received was awful over several months, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got a Bugaboo footmuff and it showed up the very next day. Prices are great and the service is super quick. I couldn't be more pleased.

We popped in to check out travel systems, and Luke was a fantastic help – super knowledgeable, upbeat, and straightforward. We had done quite a bit of our own research and had already tried out a few models at different stores, so we could tell he was being completely truthful. Instead of pushing us to buy more, he actually mentioned that the car seat we got from friends was the best option and advised against getting another one. He also suggested a more affordable travel system that would suit our needs better (and it came from a brand known for good after-sale support) compared to the others we were considering. We'll definitely return for more items we need. Thanks a bunch!

The team really knew their products - they didn’t pressure us into buying any specific buggy. There were plenty of different brands to check out. Plus, having customer parking is a real bonus when you’ve got a baby with you in the hustle and bustle of Croydon. I ordered what I needed online and it showed up the very next day! I’d totally suggest this place to new parents; it’s definitely worth the visit.

I bought a Bugaboo Bee Plus set from Baby Nest. I placed the order on Wednesday, and it showed up the next day. They sent me emails and texts to keep me in the loop about my order. I'm really happy with the service and would totally recommend it.
